Neelam The Grand' in its true reflection of a 4 Star Resort Property at Calangute Goa, comprises of 140 tastefully furbished rooms and suites. The Hotel boasts of an imposing atrium effect facade with overhung flower beds and glass encased. The client wanted to use water resistant wooden flooring for guest rooms which are quick to install and low maintenance.
Solution:
Keeping in mind the client's requirement, we had suggested SPC Wood Surface flooring which are water resistant floors and can handle wet conditions. Made from high quality synthetic polymers makes them ideal for areas which are prone to high moisture & high maintenance . SPC incredibly durable to wear caused by high traffic, incidental scratches and everyday life. The hotel has shown further interest to use floorings for their playrooms in near future.
