Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company. This project was located in Andhra Pradesh. The requirement was for durable, easy to maintain, anti-bacterial & slip resistant pharmacy flooring that should be seamless and withstand high traffic for industry use.

Homogeneous vinyl floors are designed to withstand heavy traffic and are well-suited for commercial and industrial applications. Iq Optima, in particular, is an intelligent quality vinyl sheet flooring that offers high quality and low maintenance for commercial use. It requires no waxing or polishing throughout its lifespan and has excellent maintenance properties. Additionally, it is highly durable and can withstand wear and tear. These qualities contribute to its low life cycle cost compared to other options in the market. Iq Optima is available in both sheets and tiles, with a 1.5mm version suitable for wet flooring or heavy-duty wall vinyl applications. This project was completed in Feb 2019.
