Located in Gopanpally, Hyderabad, Pristine Estates is a premium housing project launched by Prathima Group. They have signed up the leading bollywood actors, Saif Ali Khan & Kareena Kapoor as their brand ambassadors. They also have footprints in the hospital sector along with real estate sector. Client needed quick installation in the gym & the club house area for its residents.
Solution:
Sports flooring was used from the vinyl range - Impact Sports Floor 6.5 mm (Beech). It is a heterogeneous vinyl sports floor, meaning that it consists of multiple layers. Each layer or coating has a unique function, such as increasing dimensional stability, reducing maintenance, increasing longevity, and providing sports performance and shock absorption. Impact Sports Floor is easy to maintain and clean which also protects the critical joints in growing children to give them the right amount of impetus and surface to play sports competitively. This project was completed in Aug 2018.
