Requirement:
The client was looking to make a super luxury hotel and wanted flooring which would be easy to maintain, clean and durable. For one of the restaurants that have a high traffic area something that would take wear and tear in a restaurant. For long stay serviced suites something that long staying guests can use easily.
Our solution:
The hotel has used walnut plank in solid wood floors from us across all rooms, public areas, and suites. We have customized sizes and changed lacquer as needed for different areas. For rooms and suites we have used an aluminum oxide ant scratch lacquer. For restaurants we have used an additional tougher floor to take the wear and tear of the restaurant. The hotel flooring has a nail down installation and approximately 100,000+sqft from us.
