Dharnidhar Pride is one of the residential properties of Dharnidhar Developers, located behind the Avirat House, Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The client needed flooring solution for outdoors which would look elegant and be easy for maintenance. The client emphasized its requirement for a durable product to be used near the pool area
Solution:
Since the area of installation was near the pool area, we suggested the use of Composite Merbau tile deck from our outdoor flooring solutions. These square-cut tiles contained smaller width planks within them and hence we arranged the tiles in a horizontal and vertical pattern to give a unique look to the space. This product was also quick to install/ remove. The product requires almost no maintenance post installation. We installed 1800 sft of outdoor deck for the client in October 2014.
