North Town is a holistically planned 70 acres premier residential development, with stretches of urban landscapes earmarked to accommodate the spirit of innovation set in Chennai. The client needed natural looking turf for its play area which would have swings and slides for children. It had to be long lasting and low on maintenance.
Solution:
We installed artificial turf of 40mm blade height in the play area. The turf blades are designed with four different shades of green, closely resembling real grass. This product is highly durable due to the stitching of the blades to the base pad, preventing them from being pulled out even with maximum force. It is also easy to clean and maintains its attractive appearance for many years. The project was completed in May 2018.
