Fairfield by Mariott, Goa Hotel located in Benaulim required their decking pool area. The hotel features elegant accommodations and outstanding amenities providing an experience of a spectacular stay. They needed outdoor Deck Flooring around the property that should be attractive and durable.
Solution:
Keeping in mind the client's requirement, we suggested Co-ex decking in walnut shade from our outdoor wood floors range. Co-extruded deck boards are a type of composite decking that is made from a combination of wood fibers and high-density polyethylene plastic. They are known for their durability, beauty, and low-maintenance requirements. Co-extruded deck boards are made using a process called co-extrusion. In co-extrusion, two or more materials are melted and then extruded together through a single die. This creates a board with a consistent thickness and a uniform distribution of materials. The outer shell of co-extruded deck boards is made from a special polymer that is resistant to stains, mildew, mold, rotting, splitting, cracking, color fading, painting, and oiling. This makes co-extruded deck boards a very reliable and low-maintenance option for decking. This project was completed in Dec 2020.
