Global Hospitals is a chain of 2000-bed hospitals spread in major metro cities of India - Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Recently, Parkway Pantai Group has acquired Global Hospitals, and it was renamed as Aware Gleneagles Global Hospitals. The client needed a durable, waterproof flooring for their Corridors, Labs, Consultation Rooms & Waiting Area
Solution:
Based on client's requirement, we had recommended IQ OPTIMA with design of 2 feet borders depending upon the architect's design. Optima is an IQ (intelligent quality) flooring which means it is a high quality, low maintenance homogeneous vinyl flooring for commercial applications. It needs no wax or polish for life and offers excellent maintenance properties with no requirement of additional surface treatment. It is also extremely hard wearing and durable. All this makes it the markets lowest life cycle cost. It is available in both sheets and tiles in 2 MM version that can be used for heavy duty floor vinyl, These Floors range comes with modern and harmonious colors and are PUR reinforced, low-cost maintenance. All these products are polyurethane reinforced. These products are seamless and do not need refurbishment in any form or manner also anti-bacterial and anti-fungal which improved hygiene of the patients. The project was completed in February 2022.
