Merck is a leading science and technology company in healthcare, life science and performance materials. It is the world’s oldest pharmaceutical and chemical company. The client needed hygienic and low maintenance flooring for its autoclave production rooms, filtration rooms, cooling rooms and sealing areas.
Solution:
The client opted for homogeneous Vinyl flooring from Tarkett IQ Optima range. This product offered a range of attractive colours and facilitated heavy duty usage. As the VOC is below quantifiable level and phthalate free, it is a hygienic and natural choice for healthcare flooring. The flooring is clean room tested and has a Class A certification according to ASTM F51/00. This project was completed in 2015.
