Spencer's Retail is a chain of retail stores headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal having presence in over 35 cities in India. Spencer's is based on the 'Food First' Format (it mainly offers fresh and packaged food). Many outlets though sport multiple formats for retailing food, apparel, fashion, electronics, lifestyle products, music and books. It is owned by RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group. The client needed flooring for their retail outlet in various cities across the country. It should be able to withstand high traffic & easy to maintain.
Solution:
We suggested Luxury Vinyl Tiles flooring in the ID Essential - 30 Vinyl Floors product range for its zero maintenance feature and great aesthetics. The client choose a pattern that imitated wood flooring which lent an upscale corporate office look to its premises. An Embossed in Register surface aspect of the flooring provides a realistic look to the flooring. The Top Clean PUR reinforcement offers extreme resistance and easy low cost maintenance. The projects were completed between Aug-16 to Mar-19.
