Requirement:
Ramada is a large hotel chain owned and operated by Wyndham Worldwide. Their Goa property is surrounded by landscaped tropical grounds, and offers direct access to Fatrade Beach. The client needed attractive vinyl flooring for its guest rooms and corridors. The client wanted a flooring that will be suitable for heavy traffic and will be resistant to scratches and scuff marks.
Solution:
We used luxury vinyl tiles for the guestrooms while optima homogeneous vinyl flooring for the corridors. This combination accurately represented real hardwood colors and textures. Customized designs were possible to execute in this range. The products came with UV-cured urethane coating for extra durability, were easy to install, clean and proved to be environment friendly. This project was completed in June 2014.
