Ashray Real Estate Developers is into construction since 1995 and has completed many commercial and residential projects for luxury villas in Goa. The client needed outdoor deck flooring for its swimming pool area.
Solution:
We suggested using the Composite Long Deck Merbau from our outdoor wood floors, as it was a swimming pool area. This product was easy to install. It also improved aesthetics of the surroundings. This product requires almost no maintenance and was a hassle free solution for the client. We had suggested the tile surface level and facilitation for a drainage system which was then implemented. This project was completed in August 2013.
