TCG Real Estate, a company of "The Chatterjee Group" (TCG), is a commercial real estate development, financing, and investment company. The client required vinyl flooring for its educational institutions in Kolkata.
Solution:
Square Foot suggested a combination of homogeneous vinyl flooring & heterogeneous vinyl flooring. ID 30&Primo SD in colours Venezia grey, soft oak light brown &dark pure grey respectively were chosen by the client.ID Essential 30 is a heterogeneous vinyl flooring with Top Clean surface protection for great resistance and easy cleaning. With a 0.30mm transparent wear-layer, it is a resistant product and the best value for money. PRIMO SD is a static dissipative flooring used in server rooms, operation theatres, etc. consisting of various colours and patterns with contrasting colour chips that coordinate with the floorings accent colour and design. This project was completed in Dec2020.
