The client required flooring durable & low maintenance flooring for their Packing Hall, Corridor & Staging Room.

We suggested the client to use IQ Optima Vinyl Floors, Homogeneous Vinyl Flooring. With outstanding performance and an exceptional range of colours, it is suitable for heavy traffic areas. IQ Optima Vinyl Floors with its unique self-regenerating properties offers excellent resistance to impact, scratches and scuff marks. It provides the best life cycle costs on the market as it is highly durable. The VOC of the flooring is below quantifiable level and phthalate free and was an appropriate choice matching all the requirements of the client. The product is a clean room tested product according to ASTM F51/00 and gets a Class A certification. IQ Optima is a perfect floor for pharmaceutical companies and can be used across manufacturing areas, research and development, and packing areas. We have solutions for all classified areas. All products come with relevant capping and coving and are also seam welded to give a seamless look. The project was completed in Aug 2019.
