The Project:
GreenPark Hotels and Resorts in Hyderabad is a well known hospitality major with hotels across South India and expanding across India. The space where design, comfort and functionality come together to create a refined guest experience. For a high-traffic environment such as a hotel, flooring needs to complement the interiors while being practical enough to withstand everyday use.
Requirement:
Rooms are the a challenge for most hotels as guests dont inform house keeping when there are spillages and leave it so that they are cleaned only the next day once house keeping cleans the room. Rooms also have to take different trolleys, food spillage etc so need to be clean and hygienic.
The flooring solution needed to bring a sophisticated, wood-inspired aesthetic to the space while offering the durability and practicality required for a busy hospitality environment. The choice of flooring also needed to integrate seamlessly with the overall design language of the property.
Solution:
Squarefoot installed all the guest rooms phase wise of water resistant laminate flooring in LF Skyline 833 Amado at GreenPark Hotels and Resorts, Hyderabad.
The product recommended was Skyline as its water resistant laminate flooring even after 72 Hours of spillage on top. It comes in heavy commercial use with AC5 Grade and is made in Germany.
The wood-inspired finish adds warmth and character to the interiors, creating a polished and welcoming atmosphere suited to the hospitality environment. Its refined appearance allows the flooring to complement the surrounding décor while maintaining a cohesive visual experience across the space.
